Due to the observance of Eid al-Fitr (starts at sunset 4/20) – the BHM & WHM Essay Contest celebration is postponed to next Thursday, April 27th.

It is with great pleasure that we celebrate the wonderful academic accomplishments of our schools. Based on the Maryland State Department of Education 2022 Maryland Public Schools Report Card, Chesapeake Science Point Middle/High School earned a 5/5 STAR rating, Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North (K-12) and Chesapeake Math & IT Academy South (K-12) both earned 4/5 STAR ratings. The new Chesapeake Science Point Elementary Public Charter School (CSP ES), a Chesapeake Lighthouse Foundation, and Anne Arundel County Public Schools elementary school will open in the fall of 2023 with limited sections for grades K-5.  Families interested in attending the new CSP ES in 2023 must apply to the lottery in Fall 2022.
